Hi there and welcome to my blog !

My name is Lorenzo Sasso and i am a miniature painter living in Piedmont, Italy.

My adventure with miniatures started around the age of 11 when I saw the first pictures of Warhammer on a magazine; I immediately fell in love with all those beautifully painted little warriors and later, during that year's Christmas, my parents purchased me the starter box.

Funny thing, at first I was annoyed with painting miniatures so small and I wanted to just stick with the gaming side of the hobby.. however, with time, I stopped playing and focused on painting!

After long hiatuses due to various reasons and/or problems in life, I came back to painting in 2011 circa: this time I was determined to improve, but this comeback was also because I had the economical need to support my job at the time with commission painting.

During these years I've had a constant improvement, I've met a lot of passionate people and skilled painters and, most important, I've realized that what once was an hobby is now a real passion in my life.

I decided to start this blog with the intention to motivate myself even more and to share what I do with other people.

I believe our community lives through sharing, because inspiration can come from everywhere, so I hope you'll enjoy and find useful your visit.
